Parties

What is included in a party:

  • Equipment (students are encouraged to bring their own mats)

  • 8’ Table (for refreshments). Tablecloth NOT included.

  • One hour class - tailored to the age, skill-level, and number of participants

  • A party is a flat rate of $65 adding $10 for each additional participant.
    (1 person $65, 2 - $75, 10 $155

Photos are allowed during the party, as long as they are not distracting to teacher and/or students

Add - On’s

Mat Rentals: Students are welcome to bring their own mat, for every mat rented, there is a $2 mat rental fee.

Extra studio time: a lot of our students like to stay and do cake and presents in the space. If you would like to book the studio for extra time, please know its $25 for the extra hour (this includes the time required for your guests to leave) plus a $20 cleaning fee, totaling in $45.

 

Full Party with Space Rental $195 +

Up to 10 participants ($15 per additional participant, max 15 students total)

One hour class (see detailed description) and 30 minutes added on for refreshments/photos

Use of aerial equipment
Additional Hour (for refreshments, presents, photos and pick-up of participants) 

Cleaning fee included.

 

Semi-private sessions: $65 + $10 per participant

If you want to add a person in on your private session, additional participants are $10 each. So if there are 3 people participating, the total cost would be $85.

Mat rental not included. Mat rental is $2.
 

 

What you need to do to book a class.

1. Email us with the subject line: Party Inquiry
2. Please include which package you are considering and the age of the participants
3. Please include your preferred weekends (due to studio availability, we suggest booking out at least 6 weeks in advance)
4. Provide the best phone number for us to reach you and a preferred time for us to call and make the appointment.

 

The next step:
After you book your class, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
We will additionally email you with a PDF of the waiver ALL participants must sign. (We have a few copies at the door, if anyone forgets).

On the day of the party:

You can show up 15 minutes early to decorate and set-up. If you require more time to set up, please let us know. Sometimes the studio is occupied beforehand.
Guests should arrive on time with their waiver signed, if they don’t have their waiver, please make sure their guardian (if participant is under the age of 18) signs the waiver before leaving.
Students will roll out their mat and the teacher will adjust their Vine to their height. 

Adults are allowed to stay, observe, and take photos.

There is no playing on the apparatuses before the class begins.

The teacher will go over rules and begin the class. The class portion lasts about an hour.

At the end, all the students will gather together to take a class picture
After the photo is over, (if extra time has been booked) the teacher ties up the Vines so the party’s focus can be on refreshments.
As participants are being picked up (as long as the party was well-behaved), we will open the silks back up for students to show what they have done to their parents/guardian.

Cancelations: 

Deposits for Parties and Large Group Events will be given a refund in the form of a Kudzu Aerial Credit if cancellations made more than one week before your Event.  No refunds for persons missing from your reservation. ALL group and ticket sales are final.
